First, a video was released yesterday, of an episode of police’s violent treatment of a black, 2nd Lieutenant of the U.S. Army, dressed in his military fatigues, for whom the police officers showed no respect whatsoever for someone serving his country, and whose new SUV was stopped “because it showed no license plates at the rear of the vehicle”, the police agents would falsely wrote in their report of the incident, (in reality, a provisional license permit was fixed in cardboard at the back window of the SUV).

Now the military officer is suing the two Windsor, Virginia, police officers (officer Jose Rodriguez, who sprayed pepper gas on the face of the Army’s 2nd Lieutenant Caron Nazario, has been fired from the police) over a traffic stop last December “during which the officers drew their guns, pointed them directly at him and used a slang term to suggest he was facing execution, before pepper-spraying him and knocking him to the ground”, according to the text of the lawsuit.

These cameras captured footage of behavior consistent with a disgusting nationwide trend of law enforcement officers, who, believing they can operate with complete impunity, engage in unprofessional, discourteous, racially-biased, dangerous, and sometimes deadly abuses of authority, (including issuing unreasonable comply-or-die commands,) ignore the clearly established mandates of the Constitution of these United States and the state and local laws and usurp the roles of the legislator, judge, jury, and executioner; substituting the rule of law for their arbitrary and illegal conduct,” the lawsuit continues.

Though this episode of the police’s brutality occurred last December, the video was only released now, maybe by Nazario’s lawyer believing a more favorable ambiance to his claim now exists in the nation.

Also, yesterday, a routinary traffic stop resulted in the attempted arrest, and posterior killing by the police, of a black 20-year-old male, Duane Wright (RIP).

The unfortunate episode occurred in Brooklin Center, a suburb at 10 miles of Minneapolis. A police patrol car, stopped the vehicle Duane Wright was driving because the car had an expired and not renewed registry. Upon a routinary checking of the driver’s antecedents, the police agents found an arrest pending order for Duane, for his failure to present himself to the judge seeing the case, in a July’s episode related to a prior detainment of the vehicle Duane was driving by a police patrol car, founding in his possession in the vehicle he was driving, an unregistered firearm.

Back at Brooklin Center, an agent then proceeded to his arrest, and he was handcuffing his hands at Duane’s back when Mr. Wright, resisting his arrest, pushed the agent, jumped into his car and started it, while another female police agent who was presencing the episode, shouted Taser!, Taser!, Taser!, and shot Duane with a pistol shot on the chest, immediately exclaiming after: “Sh**!, I shot him!”. She knew the video cameras were active, though.

Allegedly, the agent made a mistake (?), confounding the live ammunition pistol agents carry at one side of their bodies, with the Taser gun, they carry at the other.

But a 26 year veteran in the police force, can’t, doesn’t make that kind of mistake!

The vehicle driven by a deadly wounded Duane Wright ran for a few blocks before crashing against a lampost at the side of the road. The driver, Duane Wright, was dead as a result of the shot he received.

The Divine Providence wanted another black guy killed by police, in a suburb of Minneapolis, just 10 miles from where George Floid (RIP) was also killed by police, at a time when a jury, in a legal court, is deciding the responsibility of ex-police agent, Derek Chauvin, on George Floyd's death.
